By using HostManageGo, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service Description
HostManageGo is a property management platform that allows you to create, manage, and optimize short-term rental properties.
3. User Account
You are responsible for: (a) maintaining the confidentiality of your account, (b) all activities that occur under your account, (c) immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription and Payment
The service includes a 14-day trial period. After the trial period, a paid monthly or annual subscription is required. Subscriptions renew AUTOMATICALLY at the end of each billing period (month or year), and your payment method will be charged automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through the Customer Portal or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of the already-paid period. Payments are securely processed via Lemon Squeezy. HostManageGo reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. Current prices apply until the end of your current billing period. If you do not agree with the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
4.1 Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for subscription periods already elapsed or partially used. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of the already-paid billing period, but you will not be refunded for that period. This policy complies with the provisions of EU Directive 2011/83/EU regarding digital content supply contracts. In the event of a technical failure that prevents use of the service for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may request a proportional refund for the downtime.
5. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the system. You grant us only the license necessary to provide the service.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not: (a) violate laws or regulations, (b) infringe third-party rights, (c) transmit malware, (d) attempt unauthorized access to systems.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms. We will notify significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in Portuguese courts.
11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to HostManageGo, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, design, source code, texts, and graphics, are the exclusive property of HostManageGo or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the service. It is strictly prohibited to: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works from the service, (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software, (c) remove or alter copyright notices or trademarks, (d) use the service or any part of it to create a competing product or service. Violation of these rights may result in civil and criminal legal action.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HostManageGo, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) use or misuse of the service, (b) violation of these Terms of Service, (c) violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights, (d) any content or data you submit or share through the service. This indemnification obligation will remain in effect even after the termination of your account or these Terms.
13. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court, such provision shall be modified and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of the original provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity of the others.
